Back to Tenders
The Private Infrastructure Development Group encourages and mobilises private sector investment in infrastructure in the frontier markets of sub-Saharan Africa and South and South-East Asia, with a particular focus on poor and fragile countries. PIDG develops innovative solutions to help promote economic development and combat poverty. PIDG is an organisation that supports infrastructure development in the world’s poorer countries through a variety of companies including the Emerging Africa Infrastructure Fund (“EAIF”), GuarantCo Limited (“GuarantCo”), InfraCo Africa Limited (“InfraCo Africa”), InfraCo Asia Developments PTE Ltd (“InfraCo Asia”), The Private Infrastructure Development Group Limited (“PIDG Ltd”) and the Technical Assistance Fund (“TAF”, together the “PIDG Companies”).
Further information about PIDG and the PIDG Companies can be found at https://cms.pidg.org. PIDG company Operating Policies and Procedures can be found here.
Currently, PIDG Ltd is a UK incorporated company headquartered in London with additional offices in Singapore, Nairobi and Casablanca and around 65 employees spread across the four locations. However, the firm is currently undergoing an Operating Model transformation, which will see PIDG Ltd, InfraCo Africa and InfraCo Asia merge into a single organisation, PIDG. Therefore, the scope of this ITT is to provide IT Services to the new PIDG, which will still operate across the four locations outlined above but with an employee count of around 190. The service will commence initially for PIDG Ltd and then InfraCo Asia and InfraCo Africa will transfer to this service when appropriate to do so.
EAIF and GuarantCo are out of scope.
We would like to invite IT MSPs to express their interest in this opportunity and provide responses to the Qualification Questionnaire. The questionnaire can be found here. Interested parties should complete the Microsoft Forms Qualification Questionnaire (by 12pm GMT) Thursday 14th which will be automatically submitted to PIDG Ltd upon completion. We will also require you to sign the attached NDA and return it to procurement@pidg.org by 12pm (GMT) Thursday 14th March 2024 along with a diagram/organogram to illustrate the corporate structure of the proposed contracting entity.
