Martijn Proos featured in a docuseries which reviewed EAIF and Metito’s Kigali Bulk Water Supply Project in Rwanda. Martijn attributed the project’s success to the accommodating legal and regulatory framework created by the Rwandan government, as well as to the US$6.25 million PIDG Technical Assistance provided in Viability Gap Funding, which was “an essential part for the bankability of this project.”
