About the role

Reporting to the Head of Credit Enhancement Facilities, this role is responsible for leading the end-to-end development, structuring, and execution of multiple Credit Enhancement Facility (CEF) initiatives across Africa and Asia.

The incumbent will play a critical role in driving project outcomes, managing risk, engaging senior stakeholders, and accelerating capital mobilisation into infrastructure markets.

The focus of the role is to enable CEF deployment acceleration by centralising all PIDG CEF activity into one team with autonomy and authority to execute transactions. Having developed three CEFs it was recognised that a more coordinated and formalised process was required. The HCEF is now in place to lead a team that cuts across the companies and is able to identify, develop and deliver new CEFs in both sub-Saharan Africa and Asia.
