The Client, InfraCo Asia Business Development Pte Ltd., a company of the Private Infrastructure Development Group (PIDG), is currently considering an investment in lithium-ion battery recycling company with operations based in India (“Company”). Further project details and instructions can be found in the attached Expression of Interest (“EOI”).
The Client is looking to employ a consultant to conduct a Market Study Due Diligence on the battery recycling industry in India.
Proposals may be provided by a firm solely or in association with a partner firm that will provide part of the proposed services.
Interested firms shall follow the instructions in the EOI to complete the EOI and NDA, in order to receive the complete RFP documents.
