Eva is responsible for providing people strategy and support at the Group level. Eva has an extensive HR experience in various industries and regions. Eva spent the first 10 years of her career at Goldman Sachs as an HR Business Partner supporting asset management group in the EMEA region.
After leaving Goldman Sachs, Eva worked in at Millicom a telecommunication and media company, initially as a Corporate HR Lead and later on as an HR Lead for Africa. Most recently, Eva worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Marex – a leading commodities broker where she managed a team of HR advisors and was responsible for designing and implementing a global HR strategy.
Eva is CIPD accredited and holds MA degree in Law as well as MA degree in Crime, Human Rights and International Community.
