Position type12 weeks Fixed Term Internship – August – October 2026 (with some flexibility to accommodate different schedules)

We are looking for one candidate for a 12-week placement who will primarily conduct research and data analysis on the PIDG portfolio. Specifically, the role will focus on climate-related themes, including conducting physical and transition risk assessments, carbon measurement and management (Scope 1 to 3, GHG protocol, ISO & PAS standards), life cycle analysis (LCA), and building out guidance tools that can support with the deal review for new investments.

You will be part of a small and highly motivated team working on both African and South / Southeast Asian opportunities. The role will involve regular engagement with the impact team with colleagues based in London, Casablanca, Nairobi and Singapore.

Qualifications and education requirements

Essential:

  • Final year student, recent graduate or early career professional with degree in climate change science, climate risk and resilience, carbon management or climate policy and governance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while working with ambiguity.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently on multiple projects
