About the role
Working within the global Legal function, the Business Integrity Manager will support the business integrity team in Asia. The Business Integrity Manager will work alongside the Legal and commercial teams to implement PIDG’s business integrity activities across the InfraCo portfolio in Asia reporting to the Senior Business Integrity Manager. The role holder will provide support to the InfraCo team and projects and investments on business integrity including due diligence, training and governance.
Role and responsibilities
- Leading business integrity due diligence activities (including ongoing monitoring and updates) on
projects in the Asia portfolio. - Developing, maintaining and assisting with the implementation of our business integrity policies at
project companies. - Assisting with continuous improvement to existing anti-bribery management systems and corporate
governance of our projects and investments. - Undertaking business integrity audits and implementing recommendations with project companies.
- Managing investigations and follow up actions relating to projects and investments.
- Delivering business integrity training to projects and investments.
- Ensuring that PIDG personnel working on projects are suitably trained in business integrity risks.
- Providing business integrity support on projects under development.
- Assisting with the management of the ISO 37001 certification (and any other similar certifications which
may be obtained). - Mentor and provide support to the Business Integrity Officers.
Qualifications and education requirements
- Have a bachelor’s degree or above, in a relevant discipline from a reputable university.
- Relevant professional qualifications desirable.

- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external counterparts and stakeholders.
- Creative problem solver with a pragmatic approach.
- Ability to respond flexibly to changing priorities, multitask with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highest level of integrity and ethics.
Experience
- Possess over 5 years of relevant experience.
- Legal experience is desirable.
