About the role
The Business Integrity Officer plays a key role within the global Legal function, supporting the business integrity team and working closely with both Legal and commercial teams to implement business integrity activities across the InfraCo portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Business Integrity Manager, the Officer provides comprehensive support to project teams, investments, and the InfraCo Management Team, with a focus on business integrity matters such as due diligence, training, and governance.
Role and responsibilities
- Undertake business integrity due diligence activities (including ongoing monitoring and updates) on InfraCo projects.
- Assisting with reviewing, maintaining and the implementation of projects and investments’ corporate governance and policies.
- Assisting with investigations and follow up actions when problems arise.
- Assisting with ad hoc requests from projects.
- Assisting with drafting business integrity training to projects and investments.
- Assisting with activities to ensure the continued approval of InfraCo’s ISO 37001 certifications and other certifications InfraCo and PIDG may achieve.
Qualifications and education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Relevant professional qualifications are desirable.

Experience
- Possess 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Legal experience is desirable.
